I want NO dome lights when turning the engine off.
I have tried the Vehicle settings and nothing seems to work.
For security reasons I don't want the interior lights to turn on when I stop my car.

If I can't set an option, can a Chevy Tech modify the car's internal setup?

I don't want to take the bulbs out of the dome lights.. but if I have to I will.

It's easy. Remove the dome light bulbs and install one of these, then just tap, tap, tap, when you need/want light.

you'll have to pull the middle section and this includes the mirror (it just pops in and out) from the back side you can disconnect the High power led. From there you can make adjustments, if you want I can make you a set of Red ones so it's not as bright if that helps you out.

Oooooo yes so jealous. I think most of us if we wanted one we would have one. Ill stick with my lowly ZR 1 until the HIPO C7 comes out. Please don't make the current Stingray owners look like the ..... You are coming across as. MOST don't need a car to justify themselves. how old are you?

I think GM has some of the few cars that you can't disable the dome light. I also find it rather annoying. It's like being in a fish bowl. In the ones I have been in, I shut the engine off, and then immediately put it to accessory mode.

Can you just take the lens off and paint it with the tint that most people use on the brake lights. Tone it down without killing it. I would just add a small switch near the light, 3 dollars at radio shack.
