Default Normal operating temp(s)?

The manual doesn't seem to indicate these values. Anyone know?

I typically see 220F on the analog gauge and low to mid 180F on the digital readout.

Wow.. that's quite a discrepancy. I see a firmware tweak coming! Guess we need someone with an IR thermometer to determine which one is accurate

I read in another thread about the 220 reading and while later generation Vettes run pretty warm, many of us have replaced thermostats with lower temp ones (I had a 180 degrees one in my C6).
