Default Apsis: Anyone wants to take this C7 UltraSport PLUS w/Full Flat Top Steering Wheel?

Hi All,

We have one finished prototype for C7 UltraSport PLUS w/Full Flat Top Steering Wheel available and we can finish it any way you want by next week. Anyone wants to go for it?

You can do carbon on top & bottom or no carbon (all leather), you can also add color ring on top or Z06/GS/Z51 logo at bottom.

Just provide your detail spec and we finish it exactly the way you want for you.

Price:
If with carbon on top & bottom, w/color ring on top & w/Z06/GS/Z51 logo at bottom $1398 + core
If with carbon on top & bottom, without color ring on top or Z06/GS/Z51 logo at bottom $1198 + core
If all leather without carbon on top & bottom $998 + core

Here is the picture for finished prototype.

Here is another picture for a similar steering wheel we did for our customer for your reference.

Will this wheel fit a 2014 Stingray with all the stock connections (paddle shift, etc)? Can you exactly match the light gray leather color on the 2014 (14l is the interior color I believe)?

And can the wheel look like this one, only instead of Kalahari where shown it would be the light gray leather? Also would need light gray stitching.

Optionally, can the same size black portion of the steering wheel at the bottom be a solid hard surface (not leather) - not a CF weave but just a solid black in a matte finish?

Finally, I would like to know how much extra cost would an air bag (like that shown) in the colors I mentioned run? And how do you handle the airbag - an exchange with core? What would be the production time on this?

Sorry for all the questions - hope you understand. You can PM me if that would be a better method of discussing this.

If you can give me a cost breakdown - steering wheel by itself and the air bag by itself - that would be great.

Thank you.

if Vetteman Jack doesn't work out can you do a combo of leather and suede?

I am interested in a steering wheel, but I want to find a good core to be able to use as part of the purchase - I want to keep my original steering wheel.

So, if 97titan is ready, please pass the deal on to him.

We don’t care the condition of the steering wheel as long as no missing parts. Whatever you can get it cheaper.

If you want to keep your stock steering wheel, then you have two choices.

1. You can go to ebay to buy a used one and then send it to us as core return.

2. Or you can just buy out our core. In other words, we just won't refund your core charge.

@apsisusa I am still looking for a used steering wheel, but when you say no missing parts, exactly what has to be on the wheel when used as a core? Does it require the bezel, paddle shifter levers, controls, etc?

Just want to be sure I know just what’s required so I can find the used wheel. As an aside, what is the core charge for the steering wheel and air bag? And in your website listing, you have installed and not installed as options. Could you please explain those terms.

Normally the steering wheel should have paddles and volume controls.

It’s ok without the silver spoke cover.

It’s not necessary has to be in perfect condition. We will just use it as core for new production. So if you can get a cheaper one in fair good condition then it’s fine for us.

The price for airbag cover is $498 + core

The reason we break to installed and non installed pages is for customers to see more details on the non installed page and it will be more helpful to decide their own spec. With the installed page then customers can get real idea how it will look like once installed.

If you can’t find a core that is cheaper than $400, then you can just buy out our core without core return. It means we just won’t refund your core charge.

nice stuff! can you come up with a pad for the driver door arm rest to save the dents and cracking from the elbow digging into it? Seems to be a problem for a lot of us....
