Is this the same as The Performance Data Recorder (PDR)? If so, can it be installed in a c7 that didn't come with the PDR option? If so, is anything else needed or required for a 2014 Stingray Z51 2LT?

I answered my own question. Here is a thread for those who doesn't have PDR and wondering if you can install and what it would take but doesn't seem like you can and/or isn't worth the cost of everything you would need to do to get it to work.
