All our reproduction wheels come with lifetime structural and one year warranty.They are an exact fit will take your GM TPS and will also except your factory Gm caps.We have had know issues with fitment or balancing on our new Stingray wheels.Wheels are made in China.Your Gm wheels 2014-16 also are made in China,however this is changing in next 60 days
