I added photos to the first post in response to several PM's.
I have redacted the serial number of the certificate to protect its value, but the rest is as you see it. There is no expiration listed, and the fact that the certificate is not executed to an individual will allow it to be transferred

Checked with Spring Mountain and this certificate can not be used with the C7 Owner's program. It can be use for other programs. Unfortunately, I'm only doing the C7 Owner's program.

Correct, I updated the original post yesterday to reflect Spring Mountain's policy to only apply gift certificates to non- discounted programs. (Hence excluding the C7 GM program)
