Cultrag Performance ? ? still in business??
I purchased some new toys from Cultrag performance on February 19th, After a couple weeks with nothing more than an email confirming my order same day, I emailed, waited a week, and now have called Gene, left VM, called Patrick, left VM, and left VM on the general VM box. No responses.
I'm just curious, in this day and age, 24-48 hours it's kind of the response rate I'm used to, even automated replies, hey your 12,000th in line. . we'll get to you.
I've read lots and lots (searched CF) of hit and or miss with Cultrag, but this time around, I've waited 3 weeks with zero response.
What are your thoughts?
Thanks.

I see nothing has changed with them.
Horrible customer service and to be honest makes me wonder how they stay in business !

I believe that the do the bulk of their business on ebay. I've bought several things from them over the years on ebay; and their shipping was immediate.

Yeah I gave up on them. Could never get a hold of anyone.

I recommend shopping elsewhere. I contacted them about a targa top STORAGE BAG, for which their site quoted a ridiculous shipping price. (Guessing it was for an actual targa top, rather than just a STORAGE BAG.) I received a response, but it was canned and feebly attempted to justify the ridiculous quote. I shopped elsewhere, where shipping was FREE, for a brand new OEM item, and haven't looked at Cultrag again. In a word - they're IDIOTS.

Had a really bad experience returning an item and never went back. Basically a drop-ship web storefront anyway. Too many other options available.
