Opinions/Advice Forgeline F01 Wheels
Hi All, Was wandering if anybody has the Forgeline F01 Flow Formed Series wheels on their car and if so, how do you like them? If not, I was wandering if anybody with a lot of wheel knowledge could take a look at the link below and tell me what they think. The rep told me the wheels are plenty strong (much stronger that the infamous chevy wheels) and I would not need to go the forged route since I am not tracking. I would be getting these wheels in Black Ice and putting them on a 2019 Grand Sport in Shadow Gray. Again, any advice/opinions/ideas welcome and appreciated. Thanks, in advance for your time. Here is the link.

From what I have read here on the forum, Forgeline makes a quality product. That particular wheel design looks pretty good and seems like it would be easy to keep clean.

These wheels look great. I would go with Forgeline if I had the money right now. Send me a PM and let me know where you are getting them and how much. There is a chance, these maybe in my near future as well.

Hello,
That is a very very popular wheel in the Corvette community. One of the most popular non forged wheels. Those, Forgestars, and Vossens.
We can get you taken care of, feel free to text / email/ or pm us!

I have about 90,000 miles on a set of Forgeline F01 Flow Formed. My stock wheels all cracked eventually. I have hit pothole after pothole with mine and they are not bent, nor have they cracked. I bought them at Discount Tire and are warranted as long as I own the car.

Depends on the saleperson. They are trying to make a sale. If their product has a bad rep, they won't sell squat to the uninformed. Forgelines have a rep of being a quality product, so a Forgeline rep is selling something that is good.
BTW, you don't have to be racing to bust or crack a widebody's wheels. They are crappy wheels and will crack if you drive and miss the potholes.

Well, I have been getting a lot of feed back here and on other sites as well and I am hearing good wheels, easy to take care of and most important, No problems. Additionally, I got 6 years wheel and tire warranty so if any problems, they would be covered.

Forgeline wheels are high quality, not the cheapest and not made off-shore. The flow form process strengthens the barrels, which is where the OEM cast wheels seem to be weak (from what I’ve seen, virtually ALL the cracking posted in here is in the barrels). Not as strong or as light weight as forged, but better than OEM and likely all you need for street use

Just ordered a set of these in 19 an 20, an for a forged wheel the price point is really good.

Don't have that particular rim to speak for but have a set of Forgelines.I didn't wanna to cut my cars performance down worrying about my rims giving me trouble ever again.Went with a monoblock forged.
My C7 was worth the most I could afford. The looks of the car ain't to shabby. Compliments often.
Gotta keep'um Clean...Worth it.
You get what you pay for..Corvette Racing uses them.
Top that??
Ok,The best way to purchase would be:CW4L.Looks to be having a sale 🤙

If considering the F01, I'd recommend also looking at the various designs from Cray Wheels. Also, quality, relatively affordable, flow formed wheels.
The Cray Spider has a similar design to the F01.

Another vote for buying from CW4L. Gerry took care of me with my Forgeline GS1R track wheels. Awesome customer service!
