My 2015 is still on the original AC Delco Battery, will change it this year not because of any issue but simply based on age.
Will definitely be going back with the AC Delco.

take a second and look in the battery compartment. I was on the original battery in my 15 until last summer. Car only has 8k miles and stays on a gm battery tender. Decided I wouldn稚 push my luck any longer and when I went to swap to the ac delco gold I found the battery terminal covered in corrosion. It had been like that for awhile from what I could tell. I知 glad I found it then and it was contained to the top of the battery.

As mentioned, no issues but don't want to push my luck any further, will change it in the Spring when the Car is out of storage

For what it's worth, back in the day I used many Optimas with great results... until they were bought by Johnson Controls. After getting two bad ones of theirs in a row I decided no more. However, I know nothing about Clarios the current owners.

I just avoid Johnson controls. I've had good luck with Odyssey in my F350 but may give lithium a shot in vette. Switched to an antigravity battery on my motorcycle and very happy with that.

For what it's worth, the AC Delco website indicates there are no (as in zero) locations within 50 miles of my zip code (85382) that include Phoenix and the surrounding area.
No GM dealer website still lists batteries, although a couple weeks ago they listed them, but noted they were either NLA or discontinued, with no alternate PN. It didn't matter what car model, brand, or year.
Apparently, GM dealerships no longer carry AC Delco batteries.
Check your local dealer or call them to confirm.
My 2019 OEM battery failed on 12-30-23 and after lots of searching with no success, I went to Autozone and got a Duralast Gold 36 month battery.
BTW, it has a built-in handle that makes installation easier.

My local parts store sells a number of brands made by East Penn. One of the largest private owned battery manufacturers. I have them in all my cars. Never had an issue. And they come with a handle....lol.

My 2016 car's battery died 2 summers ago. I bought a Diehard Gold at the local Advance Auto parts. Nobody right around me had the AC Delco available. When I went to pull the old battery it had a 2014 date code on it and no stickers. So it was the original battery that came with the car. Lasted right at 7 years, granted only about 10k miles on it.
So far no issues 2 years later with the DH Gold. I put the battery tender on the car when it sits for more than a week. Advance had a battery hook/strap tool I bought that made pulling the old battery out easy. The DH Gold had a built in strap.
