I recommend everyone have their Corvette covered by a lifetime ceramic coating

My problem is when they say lifetime. Of course nothing lasts forever and I'm fine with them charging more for lifetime. However if you claim lifetime you don't charge every year or whatever is necessary for up keep of the lifetime promise. Don't expect me to pay for you to reapply for your lifetime b.s. that's not lifetime that's just paying to get it done every year. That being said a guy by me charges 1500 for lifetime. I have seen his work and ceramic coating on a C7 it really is nice and cleans with water sheets right off.

I am a big fan of color correction/ceramic coatings. Have had a number of cars done at Lingenfelter Auto Spa, including my two Vettes...

Big fan of CC! Maintenance is 90% easier and faster! The wifes escalade which is now three years old still looks like I just got it done!

Not as good as a good wax less depth and "pop" to me, but fairly maintenance free which many appreciate... car looks good but definitely I could not recommend Coatings it to anyone myself as a first choice. Some don't have time, energy or desire to dedicate themselves to my kind of detailing.. some of us really do enjoy the work and time it takes.. There is never 1 way

I bought my 2019 GS with 3200 miles and the previous owner had a paint correction and Feynlab 7 year ceramic coating applied (rims, all trim, & glass). The car is very easy to clean and looks amazing. I'm a fan.

Whose lifetime is it? Is it the lifetime of the coating or the car or the owner? Remember those Ginzu knives on TV that NEVER had to be sharpened? There is nothing on this earth that does not continually erode/breakdown. Some quicker than others but everything erodes.

Been ceramic coated for 5 plus years. No more waxing and no issues. Once the base is done and coat applied the additional coats to keep her in good shape are easy to lay on. I do like the new graphene makes.

I do my own paint correction and ceramic coatings myself on my C5 and my son's C7. Applying the coating is the easiest part. It is all in the preparation, paint correction. Members in my cluc pay $1,500+ to get their cars done. A bottle of ceramic coating costs around $100, or less if you catch a sale. All you need is a DA polisher and some pads. I even did a club member's C6 because he could not do it himself.
