OP is looking for ZP (runflats), is that what you have?
Have you done autocross or HPDE to tell us how the different rears effect the handling compared to stock?

Tire Rack shows them as not available but does not give any info on projected availability. Try contacting Michelin on their website and ask the question on when thet might be offered for sale.

i have never tracked my Stingray.
i drive aggressively on curvy mountain roads and they are fine.
not as good as my previous Summer Only Performance Tires,
however,
i am often hours away from the closest town,
so it is worth it to me to have a slightly harder ride and know that i can probably still make it home
two other thoughts
the ZP has not in ANY way changed the way that i drive
and
when i replaced the Summer Performance tires,
i was surprised to see a large screw in the tread.
one more trip and that would have stranded me for hours
or
put me over the side
i like my ZP runflats

The tires are available but part numbers have been in conflict at times for Michelin.
I plan on A/S ZPs next time around for my '14. Can handle cold temperatures and last longer in tread mileage than the summer only tires.

Burning Brakes
I got them from my local Chevy dealer last year, and they matched the Discount Tire price.

Previous posters, please clarify. Thanks.
When the C6 Z06 and GS first came out, Michelin didn't make any All Season runflats in that size. We were told the tires would be available by the end of the year. Then they told us that the next year, and I think a year later. It took something like 3 years for the tires to actually appear.
When the new 4S summer tires came out on the C8, I was told that the runflat version in C7 base/Z51 sizes would be available momentarily. That was about 4 years ago.
After that and other missed predictions, I consider Michelin forecasts on tire availability to be less that what you'd get from a blind weatherman.
My PSS runflats like came on the car when new are about finished but still no 4S ZP in base/Z51 sizes. Perhaps the best way to get the new 4S ZP in my sizes would be to buy another set of PSS ZP, then the 4S ZP would come out a week later. The problem is that when the new tires become available, if you ruin one of the old tires a year or two later, you likely can't the proper replacement.

Jim is correct. I bought AS4s. Sorry. The name is way too similar.

Non-runflat 4S tires in the standard sizes,
Runflat 4S tires with the rears in a non-standard size.
Super Sport (older design but still good) runflats in the standard sizes.
Decisions, decisions.

no problem with clearance. i have 4k miles on the Michelins. i had 10k miles on the previous tires which were the same size. never had a problem.
the pictures are not great, but you can see there are no stone chip issues.
to try to protect that status,
i did recently replace the OEM splash guards with wider third party guards
