You tell me. Test drove mine with only 3 miles on the clock, purchased that day and she was delivered just over a week later...September 2019. I hit 72,000 miles 2 days ago. Started driving in the rain when I replaced the Cups with AS3s and she's seen snow twice.

Not a Corvette, but I had a Chevy SS (sedan) that I quite modified- (-put alot of money and time that I never got back) to the point where you could hear it start 2 miles away and had such a loose converter, that the car only moved once the rpm hit 3000! Over the 4 years I owned it but I only put 6200 miles on it, and much of that was was tuning miles--driving with a laptop on the passenger seat. I did enjoy working on it and modifying it but I never "really" connected with it as a driving car, and never made any lasting memories via long trips or racing. I replaced it with a Civic Type R that I also modified but I drive it almost every day and I created a bond with the car. I am constantly cleaning and taking care of it and I don't drive it in winter but it showed me that I MUCH prefer using the car as opposed to keeping it clean in the garage and never making any memories with.
I believe that the more you drive your "special" or enthusiast car and memories you make with it, the LESS you will be concerned with any chips and and scratches--you will accept them as part of the experience.

daily driver
pros: your driving it (sound, feel, etc...), being seen by others (if you care about that),
cons: have to pull it and out of garage, usually cant just hop in and go unless i park outside, miles/wear and tear (if u care about that), possible safety issues (people/parking/accidents, etc...)
garage queen
pro: out of weather, stays safe, stays cleanish, you can just take a pleasure cruise when you want to not because you have to drive to work or etc.
con: sits too much and charging
in both versions you can stare and look at it and enjoy it in similar ways.
for me its a garaged car and for pleasure, yes i would like to drive it more and probably could but dont need or have to. I drive it enough for me at the moment and im good with that.

I believe in driving mine some, but not just a whole lot. I've (2) other vehicles to drive too. What your sum is, depends on you.

C6 of Year Finalist (appearance mods) 2019
Whatever works for you is what is best.
I put a few miles on my 07 C6. 250,000 to be exact.
Still runs strong but needs torque tube rebuild.
Bought my 16 C7 2 years ago with 16,600 miles.
Now have 67,000 miles.
Works for me.
Texas winters are more accommodating to driving year round.
Others may prefer a GQ or occasional driver. Whatever makes you happy, it’s all good.
