I have the Competition Sports seats in my 2015 and love them. I remember when GM announced them and told customers if they were planning to use the car as a daily driver not to order the Comp seat as they were designed primarily for track use.

I did the comp conversion on my gt seats and love them. a bit softer on the Bottom cushion but firm on the backs. best of both worlds

You are certainly a very lucky individual - that is one heck of a deal you made. I would love to have a set of comp seats, but the usual asking price is just more than I want to pay at this point. Plus finding a set that would go with my light gray interior may be a problem.

I don't agree I don't track mine and drive it practically everyday but about 4000 a year and they feel good the C8 seats GT1 look kinda cheap

nice one! they are not for everyone so you can certainly come across the swapping seats and some cash for them.

Love my Competition seats! One of the reasons that sold me on the Grand Sport. I find them very comfortable.

The comp seats are by far the better looking and have definite cool factor but not the right choice for me as I am broad across shoulders and rib cage. I was fortunate enough to have a pal with comp seats and got to sit in them before ordering my car. For me the GT seats worked better. You did get a really good deal!

I’m built similarly so now I’m second guessing doing the conversion in a year or two. I’ll have to see if someone has comp seats I can sit in and see how I fit.
