Default Oil Leak in the am

Hey guys I have a 2014 Stingray and noticed yesterday morning since the weather was a bit colder when I turned on the car and let it warm for several mins and pulled out I noticed a small bit of oil in my garage. Drove it to work checked again and nothing got home and parked it over night and nothing today in the am turned it on and saw nothing what could of this been and why? Any help would be great!

Oil for sure? Color? Smell? Could be motor oil, trans, leaking shock, etc. Best to put it on a hoist, ramps, jack and do a complete visual check.

Oh wow, that’s quite a bit. I’d definitely want to put the car up and check out the source.

I agree - best to take a careful look at what is going on when the car is up in the air.

Jack it up. Could be as simple as a loose filter.

Default Oil Filter

Could it be dirty/carbon water from the cold exhaust?
Is the leak in the front or rear of the car.
If the leak is inward of the front drivers tire, I would guess Maxpower is correct and the oil filter leaked while cold/high-pressure of oil.
Good luck.

When that happened to me, the filter turned out to be loose.

Which Gm are you taking it too? I've been taking mine to Carter on Willingdon.
