ZR1 brakes
Hey guys, I have a bit of a weird 2-part question that I’m hoping you all may be able to help with.
1. Are the calipers for the ZR1 painted or powder coated?
2. How on earth do you go about finding new ones? I have scoured the internet for a front drivers side caliper in black but can not locate one. Even weirder is the two times I thought I was getting one (ordering part number AC Delco 1722865) it showed up and was blue. I’ve called dealerships and located one more but when he opened the box, it was blue as well, even though the description says black.
Any suggestions on who could help?

Melting Slicks
Pretty sure the calipers for ZR1's are powder coated and the standard color was blue. Black was a standard color for the Grand Sport. Guess you could order black as an option for the ZR1. Not sure why the boxes are mismarked.
