That roof scoop is actually a cheap hood scoop knock off that can be bought at advance auto parts right off the pegs

Reminds me of the lifting handle on an infant car seat.
Not sure how many hp they gained with the stickers but I bet that scoop and the "wing" thing drops the top speed by at least 15mph. Maybe that was the idea, slow the car down so you don't get tickets.
