^^^ It depends on the build date. If it’s an earlier build you can have the dealer do an update. It was free at one time but I believe they charge you now.

This is true, mine did not, There is a GM update that is available to add it to early 2016 models though. If it was done in warrantee, it was free. I recently had mine updated because I use Android Auto on my other cars, and it cost me $100.00. I am so glad I did it,

My 2016 C7 was built in September of 2015 and Android Auto was installed in October 2015 at my dealer.

Yes. Several companies offer this capability. There are numerous posts on this topic with possible loss of some other functions depending on if Z51 or not, etc. I did my 2014, 1LT, non-Z51 and had no problems. . You'll need these 3 items (Radio tuner, HMI Module, and new USB port) for the upgrade without factory Nav (I05):

So I have a late DOP 2015 Non Z51 but with Nav and PDR So I would only need the HMI Module?

No, you will still need the Radio Tuner and new USB, but instead of the I05 HMI Module, you'll need the I06 HMI Module.
If you plan on doing this, you need to have whom ever you purchase from, program your VIN into the system.

Just to avoid confusion for some, if you have a 2016 without Android Auto, it only requires a software upgrade.
