Default Damn this is tempting!!!!!

A dealer I've gotten cars from before has in a '14 Lime Rock Green convertible with 1,050 miles! Z-51 3LT A6, brownstone interior, mag ride, NPP exhaust. I'm thinking this car is as close as you can get to having a "brand new" '14. She sure is beautiful which is why it's such a temptation. Asking price is $60K but with a nice trade in it'd be doable.

I have car # 219. This car gets compliments every time I drive it. While the price is on the high side of normal for the current market, the car is worth every dime of it. You'll kick yourself if you let it get away.

Very tempting and 2014 was one of the best model years for outstanding quality. No major issues, tough to pass on it. Price is a bit high but it is practically a new car.

Also add in the cost of what you have to do to a 8 year old car.

Sounds like a premier edition. Should have a plaque under the radio, near the shifter, if it is. Can’t go wrong with green.

You’re assuming it has the original tires based on what?

What else would it need?

The same reasoning you think everything is changed on the car. You figure it out.

If the car still has the original tires, fluids (coolant/brake) and battery, then yes it may need some maintenance done, but otherwise, heck of a low mileage find. The car may have had those things addressed already.

Even with the low mileage, I doubt I would be willing to pay that price for it, but it is your money and the market is certainly crazy right now.

Reverting back to one of your past identities here I see.

I didn’t think anything is changed. The first post gives no information about tires, fluids, or anything else.

I love that green. I hated that it was a one year color. Brownstone interior is real nice.

I'd have to trade in my '19 base coupe which I really like. I also have a '16 Z-51 vert with only 9K miles. Having a coupe and vert is kind of like having the best of both worlds. But I do really love that color 😁

I would pass on that one. Who knows how long it has sat without being driven? Cars like that sometimes develop weird problems. Just my opinion. If you end up getting it, please let us know how it goes. Best of luck. I do agree it is a beautiful color. I have seen a couple Corvettes in that color. I wish they had continued it.

I bought a '16 Z06 1LZ M7 with 6k miles on it from them back in June of 2020....paid ~$59k for it. I'd have a real hard time paying $60k for a 3LT stingray. I know the market is crazy right now and am fortunate to have bought mine before things got crazy, but that still seems high. Your money though, do what you want with it.

All that said, working the deal with Jerry's was a bit of a pain but worth it to get the car I wanted.

60K for an eight year old Vette is steep. The miles are great. But, if you intend on driving it the value of the car will decrease. If it's going to be garage art, it's a nice color. It's your money.
