Personally, I like them just like they are, looks great! If they are nickel silver wheels, I guess they could be scuffed and painted, chrome would be a different story. I just don't think it would be a good look.

BE SMART , use the paint the kids use for the wheels. It peals off , if you remove it before 6 months. The kids here change the colors every few months.

I would say your ride, but maybe think about having the inner edges of spokes done in that color and leave faces silver. Tiny photo for me to do a quick photoshop

Since you asked, my answer would be no I have not nor would I paint them that color. I really do think your current wheels look great on the car.
