Tested my EOS ZR1 wing today finally
Installed it a few weeks ago.
I did something different than the directions (video) shows.
When I looked at how the 'stiffener' was installed I was not impressed with it's design.
I could see how the wing ends could flutter.
What I did was open the channel, lay the wing so the channel was facing up, and laid in 2 thick lines of adhesive.
I then placed the 'stiffener' in, weighed it down for a few hours to let the glue dry.
Finally today I took the car on the interstate and held it at 80 mph + for a while.
My wife watched the wing as well as I could see the passenger end in my side mirror.
No movement, solid.
It was just as stiff as my APR wing on my race car.
I think this step should be added to the directions as I believe it is what helped.
My wing does not flap like a bird or any of the other things I have read on this site.
I was in the rear of a semi at one point and I did see some small movement on the wing but that would be expected of most wings in that situation as I was in some really turbulent air.
I am very happy with all the EOS parts I bought and recommend them to anyone who is budget conscientious but still wants an aggressive look.

Thanks for sharing your method of fixing the wing end flutter. However, would you mind explaining what you used as a stiffener and opened the channel in order to lay down some adhesive? I am not familiar with the EOS rear wing so just can't envision what you did without pics.

Sorry, this post was more for people who have the EOS wing or are thinking about it and have watched the install video.
However, I will explain it to you.
EOS I believe updated the wing to now include a 'stiffening' piece that fits into and existing hollow area on the wing.
This hollow area is covered up but can be accessed pretty easily by a removable panel.
Here is a screen grab from the video where they show how to install the stiffener.
In the picture his fingers are on a piece of the stiffener (there are 3 pieces, they just lay in the channel)
Instead of just laying the 3 pieces in there I glued them in.
Here is a link to the instal video as well.
