Rear wheels spin in 1st gear
Had my 2019 M7 on the Quickjack in 1st gear like I (how I always park it) Spotted a nail in tire and proceeded to spin tire to look any more. By spinning 1 both tires spun, but realized later I was in 1st gear.
There was a little resistance but I was still able to turn them. Question is are tires supposed to turn while in 1st and did I do any harm doing this?

When both tires are off the ground, I do believe they will spin, even when in gear on an M7.
