LBR takes all wheels very well. I have a chrome and black set. I've also seen some bronze wheels that can look really good. Just google the hell out of pics and see what strikes you. If you like it, it's the right color for you.

I think if I had to choose the color of wheels with that exterior color I 'd have to go with a light colored (silver) wheel maybe even with a machined face to it. Just my HMO but as I have read here many many times. Its your car Bunky, do what you want. Have fun!!

I think a satin bronze or copper would set the car off nicely. It would be the least common of all the choices, and add a touch of understated elegance to the car.

It partly depends on the rest of your trim color options - post a pic and you'll get better feedback.
My 19 GS is Red/Black and the color/contrast looks great, but all my badges are carbon flash, black mirrors, etc - so the black wheels work. If I had a tan interior and chrome badges, I would skip the black wheels and go with polished aluminum or a pewter/copper look.

I would stick with the chrome wheels also, but if you want something different, a bronze, copper or the right shade of gold would look very good with LBR.

What trim color is on your car and do you have carbon flash or carbon fiber parts?
I also have a ‘19 LBR and prefer darker wheels that match my trim that is carbon flash. My stock wheels are spectre gray and look really good but I also like other dark colors with the paint shade including triple brushed black that I believe is an offering from BC Forged.
Here are a few wheel color choices I pulled from some of the posts along with mine with the spectre gray.

As others have mentioned, I believe chrome wheels look phenomenal on LBR. I'd leave them unless you just want to make a change for the sake of change what is often the reason many change or mod their Corvettes.
Certainly nothing wrong with that.
If so, I'd photo search the internet to see what "YOU" like. All you are going to determine by asking for opinions here is what "Others" like.

Not an LBR car but I have the Machine Faced wheels on my 19 CMG convertible. They might be what you are looking for. Only you will know when you find them.

I love Long Beach Red... it's probably the color I like the most besides the color that I have (Watkins Glen Gray). I think it looks the best with dark colored wheels... a dark gunmetal to be exact, or even black. Something about that dark red and black/gray color combo that really stands out to me.

I've always leaned towards darker finish wheels for lighter color cars and brighter finish wheels for darker color cars. However, I've considered exceptions for the right look as I'm not a big fan of either black or chrome when there are so many other options available. For example, I saw a black C7Z at a show with aftermarket satin black wheels that matched perfectly with the custom dual ghost stripes on the car.
I vote for a grey-sh or more industrial finish for LBR. When I purchased my '19 C7Z, I went back and forth between Arctic White and LBR. In the end, I chose Arctic White but I was planning to add my Forgeline AR1s in Transparent Smoke regardless of the color I chose as the finish was a perfect match with the OEM Shark Gray vents.
