Default Garage Lifts (Quick Jack?)

I am a new owner to a C7 Z06. Looking for a nice option to get under the car. Anybody have experience with this lift:

https://www.quickjack.com/car-lifts/bl-5000slx/

OR can you make any other suggestions? Thanks.

Good lift and very popular here. Do a search of "Quickjack" and you will get all the information you need, Costco runs them on sale for much cheaper!

I have a quick jack. It love it. Gets the car about 22 inches off the ground. I have done exhaust swaps, brake jobs and oil changes. When not in use I just push them together under the car. I have a zr1 and no problem clearing it. I still put jack stands under it for my own safety although I’m sure it not needed. Just makes me breath easier when I’m laying under the car.

I don’t put brake fluid in the bleeder. I just use it for pressure. Just fill up the booster and refill it before it goes empty and when system is bled or flushed. Easy to use as no need for a second person.

Also take a look at the Kwik-Lift. Many of us on the forum have them.

QuickJack is a great option if you don't have room for a full-size lift. If you have room, full-size is the way to go.

They're not as expensive as many think, and you can stack two fun cars under a ceiling as short as 10ft.

I went with Direct-Lift. They're Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) Certified, which is an important safety consideration. They include casters, drip trays, and a jack tray at no extra charge, while other brands charged extra for those (when I shopped). They’re also powered by 110V, simplifying the electrical install. Their Pro Park 8S (which I have) was among the most suitable for somewhat space-constrained installs. (The bay in which I put it is only 19ft by 9.75ft.) My Shelby fits on it with zero issues, but my C7Z is a little more cramped. It works for maintenance, but I'm more comfortable storing the Shelby on it. They offer larger models that would be better for a wide body, assuming your garage has the required space.

You might consider the extended model if you ever expect to get a newer model Corvette. The C8 doesn't fit on the SLX without some modifications and even then it is a compromise.

oh yeah bought one and used it only once so far to install x-pipe and axle back, so much better than jacks and jack stands which i have used for years with other cars i had.
