Dealer asking OVER original 2017 MSRP for GSCE
Yikes, this is crazy. I know prices are up on C7's and this is a very well optioned GSCE that is essentially brand new with 179 miles on it. Dealer is asking 2% OVER original 2017 MSRP. I'd love to know what this actually sells for, if it does....

Looks like it might already be gone? The page is blank and the price is listed at $99,991.

How's that saying go...something is only worth what someone is willing to pay?
I guess someone out there will think a 1 in 151 collectors edition makes the car more valuable. Only time will tell if it is. When the GR Supra came out, some people were paying +$10k over MSRP. We all know what some people are paying for C8s right now. Maybe selling 3 or 4 year old cars over the original MSRP will be what happens there too, but I know I wouldn't place my money on that bet.

Yikes is right! I paid $72,620 for a brand spanking new 2019 2LZ Z06 on 1-2-2020. Great time to sell if you have to, or want to.

Crazy that most domestic and foreign car dealerships are basically vacant around here. They don't even have that many new cars to sell, let along used ones.

I wasn't asking a question :-). Just posted the info. I track all the GSCEs and have seen the resale prices going up. Was quite surprised to see the asking price on this one. And of course it is just an asking price. Hopefully the new buyer, whenever that happens, checks in with me to register their car and I can find out what it sells for.

I'd be surprised if he didn't get asking price. That's a very valuable C7.❤ And priced accordingly.

Prices are definitely up, but asking over MSRP on a 2017, even with 179 miles, seems rather unusual.

True enough........but many ppl are at or near retirement age, two income households, and one chooses to collect the unemployment $$$. I have a close family couple that chose that route. Millionaires, but collecting massive amounts of unemployment. They're out there. A new Corvette won't put a dent in their $$$...
