I thought this was going to be more about destroying a mustang with a coyote engine, but looks like you really hit one. Glad that the damage wasn't worse...

Recklessly failing to heed warnings such as the presence of signage indicating the availability of free birdseed, or discarded packages that once contained Acme Rocket-Powered Roller Skates has once again, proven to be a recipe for disaster. Fortunately, this incident did not end with an artificial tunnel painted onto the wall of a sheer rock face or worse, paper disguising the end of the road at the edge of a precipice as is all too often the case.

Always sorry to see such... for you and the animal, but it's always the risk. Looks like it could have been much worse.
