Sorry about the loss of the car. My heart went out to you when I saw the pics of the interior. Hopefully the only loss was material and not personal. Glad that you found a new love quickly. Drive it in good health

Hope it doesn’t find it’s way on the market.....Insurance companies have a way of selling flood victims to unsuspecting buyers.
Sorry for your loss.

Hey man it happens. Same thing happened to me about a month ago here in Miami. Car needed 8-9 modules and both chairs replaced. Total came out to about $7600. Thank goodness for insurance lol. Glad to see your in that awesome Camaro! Love the color!! Definitely looking at a 1LE for a future car.

Sorry to see that happened to you. Your new Camaro looks sharp! I also have a 2018 Hot Wheels Edition Camaro and it is a fun car to drive. Enjoy your new ride!

Thanks again, everyone, for the kind words.

I have a few items to sell, so I will be hitting up the Classified soon(assuming I meet the requirements to post there).

Love the Camaro, but I sure would miss having a Corvette 👍
I should have done the same thing, but I didn't. As I said, there is a parking lot a block down that was higher up and didn't get flooded. That's a valuable lesson learned for me.

And yeah, I sure miss having the Targa Top.

I lost a beater Honda Accord in the flood as well(the white car in the photo), but as far as losses go, it wasn't that horrible for me as they are all material losses, insurance covered them and I was going to sell the Accord anyway.

Sorry for your loss.
From what I have been told, it shouldn't be revived, but then again, anything is possible. I have posted the VIN previously for reference.

It sucks to see another Velocity Yellow C7 in this situation, but glad to hear that yours was repairable.

And yeah, SS 1LE is a great car. I can't wait to get back into mine - got a flat tire on Monday and the sidewall was busted. Have to wait for a new tire, which is coming in tomorrow. Hope everyone is making it through 2020 fine!

Nice! My local dealer supposedly still has a few Hot Wheels in stock. In hindsight, I could have also picked one up, but I am not sure if they would have any in stick shift.
