No way I’d do that to save $232 since I’d probably damage something else but congratulations. Just hope for you this fixes it.👍

Currently waiting for the service department to open. I'll keep you all posted how it goes. Was a fun drive for sure. Has that C7R type feel

OP, the instrument cluster on the 2015, 2016, 2017 models is around $400.00

On model years 2018 and 2019 the instrument cluster is over $3000.00

I am not sure why the huge difference in the price for the 2018/19 model.
This will be a big surprise for the 2018/2019 owners if their cluster fails.

UPDATE: Car is fixed! That was the issue 100%. Now to take it home and put it all back together. Thank you to everyone who helped contribute to this thread. I hope it will help anyone else down the road who may encounter this.

Thank you guys! So happy to know I got this taken care of with Zero broken interior clips or tabs as well. That alone was worth doing the hard parts myself.

It literally was only the 4 bolts and harness I left for the dealer. The programming itself took longer then the install the service manager said.
