Advanced
I have owned a 1995 C4, 2001 ZO6, 2011 C6 GS & now a 2017 Stingray. I would have to say the C7 by far is the best! Mpg, ride, Style & Performance hands down! I have had the C7 for 2-1/2 years and Love it! Yes make the change.

Don't know, can't drive it yet 'cause of the freeking lovebugs.
Trying to figure out an issue though with the audio. I can't get the USB (or SD) music to work right. I've tried 3 thumb drives in all of the different ports AND and SD card. ALL of them were formatted with FAT32. (Sandisk drives)
When I put them in, the device is recognized and starts to play a song. ONE song, over and over and over.... the forward and backward keys don't work. If I take it out and put it back in, it picks a different song but again, the controls don't work and it doesn't advance or backup.
Driving me nutz (but that's a short trip.... )

If that's a yes, have you tried reformatting? Sometimes there is some software preinstalled on thumb drives. What is your folder structure? Is it just a group of MP3s, or are they nested in folders? You may need to just have just one level of folders.

Weird. I haven't had that issue and a quick search on the audio forum didn't pan out. I guess the first thing to ask is if these thumb drives play on other cars without problems.

Here's a shot in the dark. Go to the Settings page and select Return to Factory Settings. There's a Restore Radio Settings option.

Here is the deal with the USB or SD card music and earlier C7's. First off, playing only one song at first does not indicate a problem with the system. When you first put in a USB or SD media, the system starts indexing the entire media. The process can be slow. For example, I have around 3,000 songs on my USB drive and it takes about 20 minutes to index and play right. Give it some time. Also, if you change the media, the process will start all over again.

I may try it with the drive that only has 5 songs on it. That shouldn't take long to see if that's the issue.

I hear ya but I'm very low on gas and my Battery Tender Plus adapter to the cig. plug in hasn't arrived yet. Coming from the C5 world the last thing I wanna do is have a low battery. As for the bugs, they're still here with a vengeance.
