Default New 2019 and comments

My new 2019 GS 2lt replacing 2016 black 3lt. Just a quick comment on the 2lt verses 3lt. All of my other vettes have been 3lt or equivalent and this was my first 2lt. Myself I do notice a difference. Is it a big difference in my opinion no. I do notice the stitching not there and door panels etc. The not having to worry about dash pad delamination is a big equalizer. To bad that has to be a consideration. Shame on you GM. One big plus is the way the transmission shifts and drives. The one in my 16 was never quite right. This was another anticipated long term fear I had. Now the biggest worry is wheel crack but I went with the tire and wheel protection. Mud flaps are next. Other than those not a big difference except this one I hope wont show the dirt as much. Lastly this whole deal was over text with Tommy at Macmulkin. All 6 of my vettes,3 caddys and a truck in the last 17 years have been through him without a hitch. This one he delivered a 100 miles away. Thanks again Tommy

Beautiful car. Waiting on delivery, this week, from Mark and Jessy at MacMulkin. Got the same color in a 1LT GS.

I was going to go the wheel and tire package warranty but heard far to many being refused coverage if the rims cracked. Not sure if this is true or not, but decided to go worry free with the Forgelines.

That’s a stand out for sure with the black rag top.

I too worked with Mark and Jessy last week and waiting on delivery. Mine is the white GS behind yours! Driver is leaving Wednesday and had a few stops before coming to Tulsa. This is my first Corvette and I can't wait for it to get here! Vinny sent a few pictures before it was loaded.

Congrats! love these SG cars. I shy'ed away from a 3LT when I got my 2LT for the same reason.

My 4 wheel exercise in stupity with these shitty wheels when they were determined to be all bent to some degree were denied by Chevrolet. My wheel insurance covered the $3600+ cost
