Interesting additional notion
I'm 64, have been in Vettes for about 15 years. Revisit this in a year or so in order to compare C7 owners (and any previous gen for that matter) with C8. It's obvious that GM would like to see
ownership ages drop and due to the obvious radical changes (engine type/location, no manual, price, etc.) will it succeed? Tune in next week...…..

Burning Brakes
I first drove a Corvette in 1962 when I was 20 (a '60), but there was no way I could afford one. By the time I was 23, I could afford one but concluded there was just not enough leg room for me to be comfortable on long drives. The C4 had lots of leg room and I bought one (used) when I was 58 and I have been addicted to the brand since that time. Since then, I have had a 2000 convertible, a 2008 coupe and now a 2017 convertible that I bought new when I was 75. At one time, I thought I would keep the 2000 forever but the car developed a bunch of oil leaks and the C7 was hard to resist.
