Where did you buy your Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires?
Tire Rack seems to have the lowest price on a set of four but there is a lot of effort involved. Have the tires shipped to my residence then find a local place to mount them and the hassle of getting them to a shop.
So my question is where did you buy your Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires? What was the total price you paid including mounting an balancing?

Discount. Been with them for years and never had a problem with price or installation. Hunter touchless tire system. Had a rebar
go thru rim and tire. The manager found me a replacement rim. He spent one hour on the phone calling different suppliers in the area down here in AZ. found one 35 miles away and sent one of his boys out to pick it up. it was used and like new and only charged me $250. That is what he paid for it. Exact replacement. Is that service or what?

Grand Sport sizes - $1,200 mounted and balanced, done last November at the local Discount Tire
Sold the OEM tires (with 50 miles on 'em) for $1,200.00 and Discount shipped 'em for $75 to the buyer (in SoCal).
Net cost to me - $75

I have bought countless sets of tires during the past 30 years from Tire Rack. I bought my last two sets from Discount Tire. They did a great job removing the old tires and mounting and balancing the new tires on my '19 GS.

Discount tire is having a sale this weekend. Get 10% back on mail in rebate. I made an appointment for tomorrow to be eligible for the rebate. They quoted me $1550 installed including their replacement warranty.

My local independent tire dealer beat Tire Rack's price + shipping. He also threw in a tire warranty. 7K miles and 15 months later I damaged a tire due to impact and I was credited the full original price of the tire.
No hassle of buying from one company and installed by another.

I bought my A/S 3+ ZPs at my local Goodyear store (they are a certified TireRack installer and the highest rated in the area). They matched the TireRack price. Store owner is a Corvette guy himself.

I will be checking with a local tire shop to see what they can do when compared to Tire Rack and Discount Tire Direct. If they can't beat those two on price, I will be ordering from one of them and having the local shop install the tires.

Burning Brakes
I purchased Michelin A/S ZPs for my 2019 GS from Tire Rack and had them shipped to Forgeline when I concurrently bought forged wheels from CW4L. The initial price difference between Tire Rack and Discount Tire was about $5.00 in favor of Discount Tire; however, Tire Rack provided a two year road hazard warranty at no extra charge, while Discount Tire charged an additional $80 for three year hazard protection. Additionally, Tire Rack did not charge sales tax while Discount Tire charged sales tax.
When adding all the extra charges (apples to apples) Discount Tire wanted, the clear better deal was Tire Rack.

The moral of this story is to make sure and call the TR-listed shop(s) you're contemplating and confirm that they will be able to work with Corvette wheels sizes. Don't rely on the shop info published on the Tire Rack website.
