The only reason to not buy a C7 right now is if you would rather have a C8.

I am going from a C6 to a used C7, The new C7 prices are great but since I am not going for new I will wait for the C8 then the trade in C7's will be an even better bargain as they are slow to sell the new C7's they have. So give it some time..
