I am thinking of getting a c7 but wanted the black accents, such as jake logo on hood, carbon mirrors, etc. Can these items be added? Are they dealer installed?
A Jake on the Stinger part is available threw GM.Their are others available on E-bay but the GM Will cost more.Around 200 with a discount if you can find one?The dealer will only install GM only unless you know someone.
I think the GM Looks Best.Floor mats are available also.
Love mine. was about $230 iirc (for a Z06 it's wider than the GS or Stingray). Cost me $45 to have it installed. i could've done it myself but that cheap why chance it?
I also added the carbon flash to the roof in between the rails and the panel behind it.
one word of advice. Although initially you'll want to make EVERYTHING black. Take it slow and do a piece by piece so you can see what you like before it overwhelms the car. End result you'll have no regrets and pull things back off. Find the balance suits you.
I ordered my Jake stinger from TrunkMonkey - which is a website for Suburban Chevrolet. They usually also have a discount for Corvette Forum members. The GM Jake stinger is very high quality. I added the Jake decal on the stinger. I looked at the GM one, but it only comes in flat black and since I had a flat black stinger on my Grand Sport Collectors edition I wanted something that would accent it. Mike at Vettestripes helped me and the Jake logo comes in two sizes, one for the Z06 and the other for the Grand Sport and Stingray. I decided on the smaller version since it better replicates the OEM look. I also added the GM Jake Center Wheel Caps

The way I found someone in OC California was on the phone app OFFERUP. had multiple replies ranging from $300 to $65 I went for the $65 and it turned out great.

Did they remove the vent to install? Did you get the 3m gloss carbon flash? I am looking at gettting the same one.
