Nope, not a bit. You should check this out with your dealer.

No. Mine varies by +/- 1 mph due to small hills but not more.

Sounds a bit excessive. My M7 can be off by 1 MPH depending on incline or decline.

nope.... and I use mine all the time, religiously (to stop from speeding). Maybe + / - 1 mph variation, most of the time not even that.

My 2014 Z51 and now my Grand Sport will vary 1 mph at most.

PS: Perhaps with an M7 in 7th going up a steep hill at the 45 mph the Owner's Manual says is OK for 7th for best mpg, could well be higher. Be a very bad way to drive/treat the car IMO! I don't use 7th except at ~70 mph on our flat interstate!

My response is the same as the other posters - off +/- 1 mile.

When in cruise my automatic varies by 1 mph at most. You might need to let the dealer check yours out, it does seem to be a little excessive.

Our 2017 z51 A8 will vary +/- 3 mph on slight hills, very annoying to drivers around me. If this is unusual, I’ll let the dealer look at it.

My 17 M7 will be -1 to +3. And I've probably drive 8-10K miles with cruise on.

Mschuler. The transmission can be auto or manual. Manual shifts with the paddles on the steering wheel. Can’t believe you don’t know that.

Nope, not on mine either, it works perfectly, to the exact speed set. You have something wrong.
