Bash downplayed this year?
Since the 19's are already out and there's really nothing new other than the ZR1 which we have already seen and are now being delivered, what are you guys most looking forward to at the bash this year?
I know we will see the two new colors but I can't help but feel like this bash will not be as exciting as past ones. I always look forward to what's changed, but this year is a bit different.
Your Thoughts?

There was a thread on this a couple of weeks ago. I would share the feeling that there's really nothing of major interest/importance to most owners that will be presented this year. The C7 is getting on in years and barring a styling refresh or power increase to the Stingray/GS (which isn't happening) there isn't much to say. There will be the usual GM presentations I'm sure but unless things are shared about the C8 or ME (whatever it turns out to be) probably just a rehash of the C7 as we know it.

This is the first Corvette Bash I will be attending. I am going just for the chance of meeting some of the nice people who post on this forum. Also it is a good excuse for my first road trip since retirement!

Nothing like they were 15 years ago. Watered down unfortunately.

I think GM-C7 has 'bout run the model-gamut out of gas.
It's a social event with the same tired old rubber chicken dinner, overpriced marinade steaks, and aging decor @ Montana Mike's.
See ya there.

I wish the NCM planners would allocate more space to the various
extra cost events like tours, dinners, etc. Seems they are always
sold out by the time I get around to signing up. I don't make the
decision to attend in January
