I’ve had 4 total. Currently in an artic white 2016 Z06 with adrenaline red interior. Previously had a red C7 z51, a black C7 base, and a 1979 silver C3 I sold back in the early 80’s.

I'm a not much younger than the OP; I bought my first and only 'Vette, a C7 GS, the year before last. I'd been working up to a decent car for some time, this was my chance to pull the trigger on a true performance vehicle at a cost that spares my eyes from watering.

Five Corvettes so far. 1969,1987,1997, 1998, 2005. I plan on buying a C7 but am tired of losing so much money therefore I am waiting to find a good deal. The 05 Z-51 Red Coupe runs great and has about 55,000 miles on it. I still love driving the car and am not in a big hurry to trade. When I do trade I might spring for the Z-06 this time.

I have owned:
1996 C4 LT4 Torch Red coupe
2002 C5 Torch Red convertible
2010 C6 GS 3LT Torch Red convertible
Currently have a 2017 Z06 WGG convertible.
Thinking of picking up a chrome bumper C3 convertible to play with.

I’ll be interesting in adding one to the list when the C8 comes out, I’ll keep the Z06. I’m 46 yrs old, my father is to blame for the love of vettes, I hope to pass this along to my son

We started late (2013), but are working to catch up fast! All manual.
Current:
2016 - Z51 3LT Arctic White, my DD
2016 - Z06/Z07 3LT Black - spouses
1969 - L46 350/350 Lemans Blue - weekend love
Past:
2014 - Z51 3LT Cyber Gray Metallic - was spouses - I would have kept if I realized when we traded it in for the Z06 that I was going to go back to a vette as a DD
2011 - Carbon Edition - Supersonic Blue (question whether we should have sold but it was this or the new Z06 - new Z06 won).
2012 - Base 1LT Cyber Gray Metallic - the turning point - of turning our family into corvette addicts!

Currently own a 2017 Grand Sport Collector Edition convertible. In the past I owned a ‘71 Coupe / T-Top LT1 / 4speed - wish I still had it! Then with my wife we have had a ‘66, ‘77, 2000 convertible, 2014 Stingray and a 2015 Z51. The ‘71 had an M22 rock crusher tranny and was pretty sweet but of all the Vettes we’ve had, the Grand Sport is by far the best! I just got a research letter from the National Corvette Museum and was told with my options, including Z07 performance package and exposed carbon fiber ground effects that the car is “one of one” built Heading to Spring Mountain next week for Level One and patiently waiting for spring to get it out of winter storage.

I am currently on #44 (02 Z06) and #45 (17,GS).
Many over the years have been memorable, but most were just fix up and flip.
My favorites: 54 was archaic as hell, but always put a smile on my face. had a great story with it.
65 Roadster, my 1st, bought when 19 was rough, had no idea what I was getting into, blew up moor month after buying it, started complete rebuild/restoration, 3 years later placed 2nd in country in ISCA circuit.
66 427 Cpe, restored to Top Flight
73 Cpe (wifes favorite), bought at auction, literally threw bags in back and took off on 2 week trip, knew nothing, about the car before left.
02 Cpe, first one I did museum Delivery and chased it through the plant during Build.
Others may come and go, but all are great in their own ways. One can never have too many!

I have owned four, 1990 C4 vert, 2000 C5 vert, 2008 C6 coupe and a 2017 C7 vert. The C4 was not that good - fairly unreliable and very flexible body that produced a lot of shake on rougher roads. I really liked the C5 but it showed wear problems at 120 K miles (oil leaks in engine, transmission and differential). I never liked the C6 as much but it was ok. The C7 is by far the best car I have ever owned.
Before the C4, Vettes had insufficient leg room for me so I never bought one.

[QUOTE=WoodyP;1596741590]Hi all,
I have been noticing in people's pictures they have more than one vette in some very nice garages.
That makes me wonder.
I am 47 and I only have one. Stingray 2015.
How many Vette's do you own or have you owned in your lifetime?
I am thinking people don't sell them that often.
Woody P[/QUOTE four in lifetime

I'm on number 6 (but one at a time haha)
Current:
2014 Z51 M7 Laguna Blue
Past:
2014 Stingray M7 white
2013 G6 Grand Sport 60th anniversary edition (white) M6
2002 Z06 black

All were awesome, but that 2003 Z06 was my longest (8.5 years!). That car was extra awesome
