Navtool on 2018 or 2019
All,
I bought the Navtool when it first came out for my 2015 C7 and it worked fine. I have since bought a 2018 and installed it with some issue. Everything works fine, but the image is shifted to the right just a touch with some interference running diagonally across the screen (see image and yes not a great picture). I ask Navtool if it works for 2018 and they said yes, but on the web page it's advertised for 2014-2016. Has anyone here installed the Navtool on a 2018 or above? It looks like a resolution issue to me. Has the screen resolution changed in the C7? Last, Navtool was not easy to work with in 2016 and they still aren't today with terrible customer service. If you have any ideas thank you in advance.

I have a Navtool in my 2014, connected with a Miracast wireless unit to my iPhone.
Question for you - does the distortion appear in any other use other than the NavTool? if not, I suspect the NavTool is defective or needs an update and would return it under warranty.

i had same issues as i mention above there is navtool software update that takes care of that
"I have navtool on my C6 C7 and my wife's C7 no issues and great customer service. I moved my navtool from 2017-2018 they have software called GM special for IOS and it works"

I hate to bump such an old thread but this is exactly what happened to me with my 2019.
My car needed to run GM special for Android, not the 2014-2016 Corvette file otherwise the screen was distorted.
Just an FYI there was recently an over the air update to my radio and it killed my front camera.
Before contacting Navtool I just happened to open the update tool, it ran an update and it looks like "GM special for Android:"' received an update.
I updated my Navtool and my front camera was back.
hope this helps somebody in the same situation.
