The OEM tires are also not directional, that is why you can rotate side to side. Looking at the top view of the tires the are, like the OEM Asymmetrical, tread different inside to out (in this case different tread angles in the center) . They should say OUTSIDE on one side, the side that mounts to the outside. Did not look at your pics closely and on the OEM tires it's not a big word. Should find that word somewhere on one side or the other,

1. Tread directionality
2. Tire facing- After cutting through the tape, I found "OUTSIDE" clearly marked on the tire. It's on the side with the Michelin logo and checkered flags.

Don't hold your breath. Given the limited number of vehicles running tires this wide, there won't be a market for them. Moreover, most have gotten over the antiquated notion that ZP tires are in some ways inferior. They are not, in fact it's the opposite.
