there are very good deals to be had...do call around ! there are about 150 of them left unsold...dealers do want to sell current year models and i've seen many CEs for 8% - 11% off MSRP while i was shopping for one a couple weeks ago...i just called around a lot till i found one that had the options i wanted and the price i wanted to pay. Good luck!

There are quite a few of them around still and they have been there for a while so I would think the deals could be OK. That said, much of the discounting on Corvettes seems to be pretty standard regardless of the model. Some dealers just don't budge.

Which one specifically are you looking at? I run the registry and can maybe give you a little idea. I can also maybe point you to some other ones that might be out there at dealers that might be willing to work a little more than others.

I do have a copy of the invoice for mine, I can tell you that the MSRP on mine shows $88,035 and the Invoice Amount shows $81,420, but that info doesn't always help you tons in many situations, again, depending on the dealer.

There's a dealer in Costa Mesa, CA (Connell) that has 8, yes that is correct, 8 CE's in stock....all are configured exactly the same. A8 Coupes, visible carbon fiber roofs and some misc smaller value accessories...

If you are going to get that many, why on earth would you not vary them, at least a little?!?

Some dealerships' ordering patterns for dealer stock baffle me.

There's over 200 brand new for sale, not 150....they are still around...and a few used ones too.

places that use services to order their cars get stuck with XXX number of what sells (e.g.. A8 2LT black wheel whatever colors).

that's why I Love Criswell and places like that. Not having 10 of exact same in stock just about each one is a bit different.
