Holy crap! And I was recently asking about daily driving it in NJ. HA! Where were you to chime in? Amazing stuff. ...and I'm headed to Kerbeck tomorrow morning - wish me luck boys! I believe a C7 GS in WGG w/Kalahari interior is in my VERY near future.

My last C6, 3 years ago, 19 below zero, drove 1305 miles in a North Dakota snow storm. See attached.

Awesome! I am at 74k in my 2014 Stingray. Love the car, it has been through so many states, climbed a mountain, and has been on so many charity rallies. Great car

I used to live in Montana and that pic brings so many memories back. I now live in beautiful CA and the only snow I see is on TV. I miss some things, but not the brutal winters.

My experience with modern vehicles isn't that the drive-trains, per se, give out (if properly maintained) but the ancillaries, some of which are not that well done to begin with... does the C5 harmonic balancer elicit any memories, for example???

Having grown up on the IL/WI border, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one on this board not afraid to drive in adverse weather. One simply must have respect for the car. Nor try to out drive one's abilities.

Billy,

Very impressive . . . you da man!

Seems to me that crushes the hell out of the myth that DI is going to be a problem on the LT1.

Minnesotan here. My snow tires are on but with my elderly parents staying for extended periods of time with me and the wife the last two summers the car just could not get driven as much. Little over 3 years and 17,000 miles. Happy driving.

'16 Z51: 45k in 20 months. Love this car! I drive it daily! My C6 had 138k and still had the original brakes! Best cars I ever owned except for my '84. I am on number 8. '78, '84, '02, '08, '13, '14, '15 & '16. This one will be my 300k+ car!
