Some inexpensive interior mods

I like it.
My Admiral Blue GS has black interior but I've added some splashes of red....floor mats and console lid. I'm considering what you did, but one question....can it be easily removed if I change my mind or when I sell the car?

Yes, everything is easily reversible, except the items that were dyed, of course. I still have the original black console lid, so I could always go back to that if Inwanted to.

How close a match is the color to Adrenaline Red interior?
How does it install on the drivers door where a 3LT has the Adrenaline Red "spear." Just push in or does it need a rubber mallet etc??

Wow. That looks great! Amazing what a little ingenuity can do. That roll of trim is about to be $200 on corvettemods.

Great Job
Yes, I could have said "cheap". Anyway, here are a couple of things I did to my AW C7 recently. No original thought here, just copied some things that other forum users had shares that I thought looked cool.
Plastic Trim between panels
Looks real good
Dyed stitching red
Dyed Stingray on console lid
Everything I needed cost under $25, and I think it looks pretty good.

Great Solution to Added Upper Dash pad
Added an 3LT Adrenaline Red Upper Dash Pad to my 2017 2LT Grand Sport. However that does not include the small red "spear" on the drivers door. There is a company that can replace the small amount of black leather on the door "spear" with the required Adrenaline Red stitching. Not an easy job and probably worth the ~$300 they charge. However that is about all I paid for the GM upper dash pad!
In addition, removing the "spear" is not easy and some folks say you need to remove the door panel to properly access some bolts. Also a number of posts from folks with new cars said their "spear" did not align properly with the upper dash pad. Dealers could not adjust it to fully match. So if it was removed, would it match properly when reinstalled? Mine lines up perfectly now.
The OP proved a possible solution in this Thread. For the price why not try?
These are pics of my install. Great solution, easy to install the product even without the tool that provide. It just slips in if you start at one end and press as you insert the TEE shaped strip!

Good color match and finishes the upper dash pad install. Note, I added the red strip to both sides of the door "spear."
Added a strip to the passenger door as well.
