Default Painted splitter--apply PPF??

I am adding a carbon flash painted front splitter. I was thinking of having film applied before installation. Just wondering if anyone else added film to their painted splitter?

I will be covering my splitter. A lot of people do unless you don't mine the peppered look after a while.

A couple of installers told me it would be difficult to do. Too many curves?

My painted (carbon flash) front splitter and side skirts are protected with PPF.

I have mine covered. It's difficult to cover with PPF, but can be done. I kept a black Sharpie with me for instant touch up on other splitters that I have had that weren't covered. Works better than touch up paint, in my opinion.
