Default Does non-mag base car have sport/track mode?

Just wondering if I get a base 2lt with no mag shocks will I still get Tour, sport, track mode options?

Yes, but it doesn't change the suspension or do much else except vary the throttle mapping and exhaust note.

I thought the different modes changed steering effort and the aggressivness of the active handling intervention as well?

From the OM the mode selector controls 12 variables. Some may be non-functional if not equipped: auto, NPP, MSRC, etc...

Yes. It will still affect steering feel, throttle response, active handling and traction control sensitivity, exhaust loudness and the dash display.

Of the items listed above, cars without the Magnetic Ride delete the Magnetic Ride (of course) and the Performance Traction Mode (requires Magnetic Ride). Everything else is the same.

Not sure on the Competitve Driving mode as this seems to be a separate item; maybe someone else on here can chime in on that one.

Yep, I forgot about that one. It comes with the Z51 performance option. I guess you can add exhaust mode as well. Unless you've optioned the NPP exhaust, there's nothing to change there.
