Default 2017 GS hoodliner removal

Guys i have my hood liner off for airbrushing and will not have it back on for at least a week. Question, will it harm the paint or anything else to drive the car W/O the liner in place. I think not but not sure. Thanks gentlemen for your insight. Cheers

No, you'll be fine.

I'm sure it won't. However, that's just the opinion of an internet stranger. YMMV.

I am considering buying a 17 GS. I understand the hood is carbon fibre .
My 11 Z06 Carbon does not have a hood liner from the factory. The underside of the hood is clear coated carbon fibre. No issues what so ever.
The hood liner is only there for noise as far as I know.

You'll be fine. You'll hear the engine a little more, but that might not be a bad thing!

Driving the car without the hoodliner will not harm the hood or the paint. I drove my '00 for a number of years without a hoodliner when I installed a Motor City Mold hood.
