Why does the rear wing look like an aftermarket after thought????
Why indeed does it look like no thought was put into it???.......I had the fact the the front edge does not integrate well, or for that matter at with th rear deck???........they would be better off in so many ways by changing into something that flows with the design. Hi hard could it be ??????
Do you agree????

Melting Slicks
It looks very"JDM"....
My wife followed me home from the dealer when I bought it and she said the car looks great...except for the cheesy screws on the spoiler....

It is so they can be changed easily. From almost no spoiler to a full drag inducing large down force spoiler. I imagine convenience and function won out over esthetics since the Stage 3 cars aren't meant for waxers.

I believe there was allot of thought put into the Spoiler design and several hundred hours in the Wind Tunnel to prove it's merits.
I had the fact the the front edge does not integrate well, or for that matter at with th rear deck???........
Based on the fact that several different Spoiler designs are offered and the parts needed to be processed and assembled in a "Plant", total integration and 'flowing' would not be possible.
they would be better off in so many ways by changing into something that flows with the design.
Flows good to me! In fact I think it looks bad ***! imho
Hi hard could it be ?????? Harder than you think.

I have the Stage 2 on my Z and really like it and its integration, as well as having the ability to convert it to either a Stage 1 or 3 as desired.

I'm not a fan of the non body colored spoilers, skirts, spats, or mirrors. I prefer them painted body color, think the lines flow better. The black plastic is cheap looking.

Without a spoiler on a C7 the car just looks naked!!!!!

IMO a spoiler completely ruins the contours and lines of the back of the C7. That's why I didn't get one installed.

HOWEVER the design of the spoiler looks like a master piece of automotive art compared to the plastic "spats" on the front fenders around the wheel well... "the zo6 and gs have bigger and sometimes stickier tires that fling rocks at the paint. Should we design a proper fender to tuck these tire? Nah, let's just put a plastic piece around it." -gm design team. Obviously this was not their thought process, but looks like it.

The rear spoiler (the ones with the visible screws, stage 2 or 3) could be better integrated with the car. This thing looks hideous on an otherwise gorgeous sport car. IMHO of course..., going to my room now.
