Default So I just plasti-dipped my Vette

And I think it turned out pretty sick! Emerald Green micro flakes (the pictures don't do them enough justice!) and Burnt copper wheels. Goes very well with the kalahari interior. This is closer to the corvette I envision when i think of my dream car.

I think I would have masked off the original CF parts. I think that doing the entire car makes it look like you just spray painted the whole thing.

Oh, wait, you can still peel those portions off.

I do like the color combo of the green and the copper wheels, however.

I agree, I think I'd peel the black accent pieces off so they show. It's a good job though.

This looks wicked! Definitely one of a kind.
At first I was wondering- how'd he get a Lime Rock Green Grand Sport??!
A nice alternative since dark green has been discontinued.
Will look even better once you cut out the trim pieces and tail lights to help break up all of the solid color.

How long did it take to apply?

Really love the copper wheels!! I have kalahari interior as well, so have been thinking of them.

If (rather when) you should decide to remove all of this, what happens to the original paint?
