C7 replacement tire

many threads on this... but first question you need to ask...
Runflat: yes or no
opinions divided but you will probably save 25% on non-runflats... get a better ride and handling... but you will be potentially stuck with a flat... the answer to which is to carry an inflator with you.
from there ALL SEASON or SUMMER only. Depends on where you like and how much you want to drive the car.
then Z51 or normal 18/19 versus 19/20 rims...
I'll eventually switch to Continental DW's due to VALUE for $ and they are quieter.

My replacement tire choice after careful consideration and research was the Continental DWS Extreme Contact tires in 19" & 20" which is a Z51 set up.
They are NOT run-flat tires.
The ride is smooth and quieter than the Michelin OEM tires installed on the C7 when new.
I made my purchase at my local Discount Tire store and paid just under $875 for the entire set. $16.00 each to dismount the old, remount and balance.
The grip is great and the tire thread much better than the Michelin's.
Michelin OEM run-flat on left....DWS Extreme Contact on the right. I removed the Michelin's after 1200 to 1500 miles.
I have no disappointments with the Conti DWS tires.
