Outstanding job. $100; better than expected
Good job: $50; ok but not great
Any damage or issues: no tip

Maybe I am cheap?
I took the driver out to eat for a dinner at Applebee's after his long journey. Got to know him on a personal level. Had good conversation. Good food. And tipped him either $25 or $50 (I forgot the amount).
He said in all his years of transporting, I was the first to take him out for a dinner.
