Default Pick the Corvette that you think is best...

1LT Convertible A8, NPP, Red calipers, C/F Stinger Stripe, C/F emblems, Black Wheels. MSRP $65,055

1LT Z51 coupe A8, Red calipers, C/F emblems, Black Wheels, C/F stinger MSRP $64.860

2LT coupe A8, NPP, Red calipers, C/F Stinger stripe, C/F emblems, Black Wheels MSRP $64,916

What car would be the best choice and hold its value better? Im on a budget to keep the MSRP on or below $65K

Have at it, This is for my replacement buy back car. It will be a 2017 my 1LT 2015 coupe has a $61,500 msrp. The buyback is an MSRP to MSRP repurchase and exchange.

THREE TOTALLY DIFFERENT CARS for the same price!

I think ordering graphics from factory is a waste, you can get them in the aftermarket world cheaper. NPP comes with the Z51 no? I would say any 2LT as it comes better equipped.

Fixed, Stinger stripe can go if needed, the least important of the options.

OR I could go off the charts and get a G/S coupe for $68,665 with the A8 and black wheels as the only option.

Why in the world would you get the 'troublesome' A8 again????? (YOUR previous words, never mine)
So we can hear about it....AGAIN????
Does it ever end?

Suggestion - Add spoiler to non Z51.

This is just going to turn into a pissing match between who thinks the coupe the convertible and the z51 are better or not.

Not a fan of the A8 but I would go for the Convertible.

Do you track? if so go with the Z51, cruise go with the 2lt. Troubles with the A9 get a 7M and you have $1,700 extra for options.
My personal choice in '15 was a coupe with 2lt, I love it.

The correct answer would be none of the above if retaining value is most important. For an MSRP in the $61k range, that would be a 1LT Z51 Coupe with MN7 and no other options - in the used market, you get zero payback on red calipers, black wheels, CF anything or even the A8. In reality the best car at retaining value would be a 1LT Base Coupe with NPP and MN7.
Personally, of your choices, I would probably get the Base 2LT Coupe.

Z51 definitely helps resale in my opinion. I'd roll with that.

2LT interiors are more desirable and better resale for the majority.

I would have gone with the vert, then I noticed no NPP. Based on your request to hold value, NPP is a big deal with many Corvette buyers. As an example, the local Corvette dealer won't stock any Vettes without NPP. It may not hurt you on trade-in, but it will on a private sale. Otherwise, the verts hold their value the best.
I'd go with the Z-51.

I'd go with the 2LT package - it comes with some nice options.
