Is there a button within the app that will summon an army of lawyers to your location?

A better thing is to build a better product. Developing software to predict a breakdown is a disaster in and of itself. Hanging more electronics on a vehicle is not going to be the most reliable way of projecting failure.
Get a glitch in this and it will be a nightmare to sort it out.
Like the center screen with the message that tells you to keep your eyes on the road for safety...always brings the message up while you are driving and changing stations, forcing you to look for the damn "OK" button.

The technology is there, we might as well use it. This is good for GM and it's customers.
